All in all including quotation, shipment and repair the process usually takes between one and four weeks.
How much do you charge?
There is no charge to obtain the initial estimated quotation but if you agree to have your instrument sent off to be fully diagnosed at our specialist workshop we charge a minimum of around £29.00 (depending on item weight/value of the instrument) to have your instrument packaged and collected by a trusted courier and then returned to our store. The cost of the repair itself can vary greatly so our specialist engineers will quote you based on the work that needs doing.
