Easy to Use & Good Value
The FT-004 Fender Guitar Tuner is very easy to use, ideal for beginner and intermediate players. Simply use one hand to clip the tuner onto your guitars headstock (or other instrument) and start to tune – the tuner shows you the note you are currently playing with a needle to show you whether you are too flat or sharp – the display then changes from dark blue to vibrant green when your guitar/instrument is in tune. You just need to know which note you need to tune each string to.
Compact & Simple Design
This Fender Guitar Tuner is made out of durable black plastic, is very compact so it does not get in the way of tuning and usually fits in your guitar/instrument case easily. The large LCD rectangular-portrait display (1.75cm x 2.5cm) is simple, easy to read, can swivel around for the perfect position and is backlit for easy viewing in virtually any lighting environment - making it ideal for stage use. The clip on tuner is battery powered (included) and press the power button to turn it on, hold for 2 seconds to turn it off.
Ideal for a Range of Instruments
Although this Fender Guitar Tuner is primarily designed for guitars, there are also settings to tune Bass Guitars, Ukuleles, Violins and other instruments. To switch between instrument modes, simply press the power button repeatedly to select the desired instrument – the tuner will then default to this instrument each time you turn it on/off. In order to fit a variety of instruments the spring clip opens up to 1” and has some soft rubber pads to protect your instrument from scratching and wear.
This Fender Guitar Tuner uses a the built in piezo sensor which detects the note you are playing via the vibrations – meaning you can tune accurately in the middle of a loud environment/practice room.
